Mollie Harrison is one of Australia’s leading specialists in adult ballet education and the Co-Director of the Adult Ballet Centre. She oversees ABC’s programs, faculty development, and artistic standards, ensuring every dancer receives a structured, world-class adult ballet experience.

A qualified High-Performance Sports Scientist and Master Personal Trainer, she integrates biomechanics, strength development, and safe dance methodology to support long-term dancer health and performance. Her classes are known for their clarity, precision, and emphasis on intelligent technique.
Mollie also plays a significant role in global pointe-shoe innovation. She is one of only four educators worldwide selected as an Actable Pointe Educational Research Tester, contributing her expertise to the development of next-generation German-engineered pointe shoes designed for safety, performance, and anatomical integrity.
As Director of Ballet IQ, ABC’s global online training platform, Mollie oversees curriculum design, filmed programs, and advanced technique modules for adult dancers internationally.

Tiffany Low brings a rare combination of classical ballet training, trauma-informed teaching expertise, and deep compassion to the Adult Ballet Centre community. With a background that spans 15 years in ballet, performance, and psychological practice, Tiffany’s teaching approach is grounded, uplifting, and aligned with ABC’s commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive class environment for adult dancers.

Having completed her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management. Tiffany’s training is underpinned by comprehensive study in safe dance practices, anatomy, musicality, choreography, and structured program design, ensuring her work is aligned with current Australian standards for technical development and progressive teaching frameworks. Tiffany also holds Progressing Ballet Technique Level 1 certification, strengthening her technical approach to alignment, strength development, and long-term dancer resilience.
Tiffany’s classical foundation is extensive. She trained for a decade at the Victorian Ballet School, completing examinations through both the Laurel Martyn Dance System and Australian Dance Vision. Her experience across multiple syllabi has given her a sharp, analytical eye for technique, one that she now applies with clarity and precision in the adult setting. She has developed her skills in exam preparation, corrections, pointe readiness, and classical coaching.

A graduate of The Australian Ballet School, Alex was accepted into the prestigious institution in 2016 under the directorship of Lisa Pavane. Alex’s creative practice extends beyond ballet. She is also an accomplished vocalist and songwriter, performing as the frontwoman of REX, an emerging project in Melbourne’s independent music scene. Beyond ballet, Tonia has worked as a Level 0 Artistic Coach in figure skating, specialising in flexibility development, choreographic design, and ballet-based conditioning for state-level athletes. This cross-disciplinary expertise enriches her teaching at ABC, adding a strong understanding of musicality, coordination, alignment, and performance quality.
At the Adult Ballet Centre, Tonia teaches across multiple levels, from foundational beginner classes to intermediate and advanced technique, pointe readiness, and personalised private coaching. Jennifer Fleenor-O’Brien is an internationally experienced contemporary dance artist, choreographer, and educator whose expressive, technically grounded teaching has shaped dance communities across the U.S., Europe, and Asia for over 20 years. As the Artistic Director of UNLID.DANCE and a highly respected faculty member at the Adult Ballet Centre, Jennifer brings depth, sophistication, and contemporary innovation to ABC’s adult training pathway.

Jennifer’s career began in New York City, where she toured and performed with celebrated artists including Michael Foley, Teri and Oliver Steele, and John Evans. In 2001, she relocated to Dublin, Ireland, where she performed extensively—most notably with CoisCéim Dance Theatre, one of Ireland’s leading contemporary dance companies. Her creative and educational work expanded internationally, leading her to teach and perform across the United States, France, Ireland, and Japan.

Damian Smith is an internationally acclaimed ballet artist and educator whose distinguished career spans over two decades at the highest levels of the ballet world. A former Principal Artist with the prestigious San Francisco Ballet, Damian has performed on some of the most celebrated stages across the globe, working with leading choreographers and ballet masters of our time.
Originally from Newcastle, Australia, Damian trained at The McDonald College and The School of American Ballet in New York before joining San Francisco Ballet, where he rose to the rank of Principal Dancer. Throughout his career, he performed leading roles in a vast repertoire, including works by Balanchine, Forsythe, Robbins, and Wheeldon, earning critical acclaim for his artistry, versatility, and emotional depth on stage.
Following his illustrious performance career, Damian returned to Australia to take on the role of Artistic Director of The National Ballet School, where he dedicated himself to the next generation of dancers, shaping the future of ballet training with his extraordinary knowledge, mentorship, and creative vision.
As a Guest Artist at the Adult Ballet Centre®, Damian brings a wealth of international experience, technical mastery, and artistic inspiration to adult dancers. Paul Knobloch is a distinguished Australian choreographer, creative director, and ballet répétiteur whose career spans stage, film, and television. An honours graduate of The Australian Ballet School, Paul rose swiftly to the rank of Soloist with The Australian Ballet before joining Béjart Ballet Lausanne in 2009 as a Principal Artist.
His international career has seen him collaborate with many of the world’s most prestigious companies, including English National Ballet, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, West Australian Ballet, and Sydney Dance Company. His repertoire ranges from leading roles in the great classical works to innovative collaborations with contemporary choreographers, demonstrating a rare versatility that bridges tradition and modernity.
As a choreographer, Paul has been critically acclaimed for his originality and vision, with commissions spanning Australia, Europe, Canada, and the United States. In 2019, he brought his creativity to a new audience through an artistic collaboration with The Wiggles, and he continues to contribute fresh perspectives as both performer and choreographer today.
A sought-after teacher and mentor, Paul has been invited to share his expertise with leading companies around the globe, including Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, Tokyo Ballet, Hong Kong Ballet, and St Petersburg Ballet. With an illustrious international career spanning both performance and artistic direction, Ty brings a wealth of experience, artistry, and insight to the Adult Ballet Centre® community.
Ty trained at the New Zealand School of Dance before joining The Australian Ballet, where he rose swiftly through the ranks to become a Principal Artist. Throughout his distinguished career, he performed lead roles in classical and contemporary masterpieces, including works by MacMillan, Ashton, Cranko, Balanchine, and Wheeldon. His performances were acclaimed for their depth, elegance, and powerful storytelling.
Following his celebrated stage career, Ty was appointed Artistic Director of the Royal New Zealand Ballet, leading one of the Southern Hemisphere's premier ballet companies with vision, artistry, and a commitment to nurturing the next generation of dancers.
As a Guest Teaching Artist at the Adult Ballet Centre®, Ty shares his extensive professional expertise, technical refinement, and deep knowledge of performance artistry with adult dancers of all backgrounds. His masterclasses offer a rare opportunity to learn from a world-class principal artist and artistic leader, inspiring dancers to deepen their technique, musicality, and personal expression.
