Don't fear if you feel like you don't have enough time to do the things you love or learn new things!

We now offer day-time adult ballet classes for all levels, perfect for those who want to strengthen, stretch, and refine their technique but can't commit to evening classes. Our supportive and welcoming environment helps build self-confidence, posture, and coordination.

Our classes range from Introduction to Classical Ballet (for those with no prior adult ballet experience) to Adult Beginner Classical Ballet and Intermediate level classes designed to strengthen, increase flexibility, and refine technique. More advanced levels focus on specific training areas.

The experienced teachers and coaches at the Adult Ballet Centre guide and instruct daytime classes, providing the perfect way for anyone to start their ballet journey.

Age: no upper age limit

Skill level: No experience to Intermediate levels, several class choices

What to bring/wear: Drink bottle, wear what you are comfortable in: gym, yoga or dancewear and ballet shoes

Arnold Street Studio This mid-century warehouse studio has high ceilings, white walls, well-lit spaces, professional sprung floors with Tarkett, ballet barres, change room bathroom facilities, a kitchenette, and a reception lounge. Located: 3-5, factories 5 and 6, Arnold Street, Cheltenham on Bunurong Country, a short 15 min walk from Southland Station, with plenty of car parking in the surrounding streets.
