We believe the key to mastery in ballet lies in a solid foundation. With this in mind, Molie Harrison designed this program for beginners who want to cut out the noise and develop a strong base to accelerate their ballet learning from home.
We want to bring ballet to those who can’t access our studio at the Adult Ballet Centre.
If you have never done ballet before, this course is for you!
By the end of this course, you will have a strong understanding of the basics of ballet. It will also provide the necessary knowledge to progress through the levels as they are released.
Throughout the course, you'll delve into basic ballet movements and techniques. It's structured like a typical ballet class but offers in-depth explanations, helping you understand what we do as adult ballet dancers and how and why we do it.
The course allows you to track your progression and is supplemented with notes from each video.
