Strength
Levels 3 & 4 – Technical Development & Progression
Where enjoyment and discipline deepens and technique becomes embodied.
Strength is for adult dancers who have built a solid foundation and are training consistently.
If you:
understand basic ballet terminology
feel confident at the barre
attend classes regularly
are ready for refinement and greater challenge
Strength may be the right next stage in your training and love of classical ballet.
This pathway develops:
clean, consistent pirouettes
coordinated allegro combinations
controlled adage and sustained balance
musical phrasing and dynamic control
increased stamina
At this stage, movement becomes more precise, corrections integrate more quickly, and confidence begins to shift from effort to control.
Consistent training is important for safe and effective progress.
Recommended frequency: 2+ classes per week
Ideal for: adults committed to measurable technical development and deeper engagement with classical ballet
Level 3 Ballet Progression
Level 3 – Ballet Progression (90 minutes)
Structured classical ballet training for committed adult dancers.
Level 3 is designed for adults who have built a solid foundation and are ready to deepen their technical fluency.
You understand class structure, are training consistently, and are ready for more refinement in both technique and artistry.
This level helps developing:
clean, consistent pirouettes
coordinated allegro with greater precision
controlled adage and sustained balance
clearer musical phrasing
increased expressive quality
Level 3 is not about pushing harder, it is an exciting level where dancers understand ballet and start to reap the rewards.
It is about training smarter.
Technique begins to feel more integrated. Confidence becomes clearer. Movement becomes more intentional.
Dancers in this level typically train two or more times per week to consolidate technique, improve endurance, and develop greater consistency.
At this stage, you are no longer simply learning the basics. You are shaping technique, strengthening control, and beginning to explore deeper artistry.
Level 4 Ballet Progression
Level 4 – Classical Development (90 minutes)
Refinement, control and preparation for advanced training.
Level 4 sits between consolidation and elevation.
Designed for committed adult dancers who have established technical fluency, this level refines precision, endurance and dynamic control in preparation for the Soar program.
You are no longer focused on understanding combinations.
You are focused on mastering them.
This stage develops:
• Stable, multi-turn pirouettes
• Complex allegro patterns with clarity
• Sustained adage with strength and composure
• Greater dynamic contrast
• Increased technical stamina
Combinations become longer.
Transitions become faster.
Corrections integrate immediately.
Level 4 dancers are preparing for the demands of intermediate and advanced classical vocabulary.
Recommended frequency: 2–3 classes per week
This is the bridge between discipline and elevation.

• A small bag for your shoes and personal items
