The Adult Ballet Centre’s training and cultural framework has been shaped over almost a decade of teaching, listening, and evolving alongside adult dancers. What began as a community-first approach in Melbourne has grown into an internationally recognised model for clarity, care, and long-lasting progression.

We extend this work to a small number of studios outside Australia who share our values and are committed to elevating the adult ballet experience within their own communities.

The full pathway curriculum, vocabulary, teaching methodology, and cultural practices remain protected and are available exclusively through our international training and licensing partnership.
