Begin with a Complimentary Trial Class

For adults in Melbourne considering regular training at Adult Ballet Centre, a complimentary trial class is the most supportive way to begin.

Whether you are stepping into ballet for the first time, returning after time away, or looking for a more structured adult ballet environment, your first class is designed to help you feel welcomed, guided, and confident in where to start.

At Adult Ballet Centre, we are dedicated exclusively to adult ballet training, with thoughtful level placement, professional teaching, and a studio culture that values discipline, encouragement, artistry, and meaningful connection.

Feeling nervous is completely normal

Many adults feel nervous before their first ballet class, especially if they are trying ballet for the first time or returning after many years away.

At ABC, you are not expected to already know what to do. You are not expected to look a certain way. And you are not expected to “keep up” without guidance.

You will be welcomed into an adult-only environment where learning is supported, corrections are constructive, and every dancer begins from where they are.

This is a place to begin with clarity, care, and confidence.
