Who is this class for? This class is for anyone with no experience.
How hard is it to learn ballet? First-timers to ballet are invited to our Introduction to Classical Ballet classes, where you can orchestrate your aspiration of learning classical ballet alongside others who share your pursuit. Such an opportunity is unique, and we specialise in helping adults learn ballet with no previous experience!
What will you learn at this level? For adults new to ballet, Introduction to Classical Ballet is a comprehensive learning environment on the foundation of the art form. The classes explore the fundamentals of Classical Ballet, including barre, centre practice, posture, musicality, artistry, and more. To ensure mastery of the necessary basics, the Introduction to Classical Ballet classes must be completed before progression into the Foundation Beginners Classical Ballet classes—approximately 8 to 12 classes are taken at this level.

Time and class days: Tuesday 6 pm Introduction to Classical Ballet - 60mins (Moving to Wednesday 6.30pm July 23). Thursday 11:00am Introduction to Classical Ballet - 60mins Saturday 12:00pm Introduction to Classical Ballet- 60mins
What to wear: Gym, yoga, dancewear, whatever you are comfortable in, ballet shoes or socks until you can purchase a pair of ballet shoes.
