Established in 2018, the Adult Ballet Centre® is the brainchild of a dedicated team of former professional dancers, educators, and business experts. This special space that we have created is like no other.

Our mission is to create an inspiring, inclusive, and artistic environment for adults of all ages and skill levels. We offer professional instruction in Classical Ballet and Contemporary Dance, covering all levels from beginner ballet to advanced, as well as Industry classes, allowing everyone the opportunity to delve into the enchanting world of dance. Emphasising body positivity, we invite participants to dress in whatever they find comfortable. Our boutique studio spaces provide the ideal setting for both groups and individuals to safely engage in their dance journey.

Located in Cheltenham, Bayside, Melbourne, our studios conduct classical ballet and contemporary dance classes. We pride ourselves on fostering a fun, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a personalised experience that integrates seamlessly into our community.

The Adult Ballet Centre® defies the conventional belief that ballet is a restrictive art form by offering Classical Ballet and Contemporary Dance to a diverse audience, regardless of age or ability. We extend a warm invitation to individuals 16 years and older to partake in our classes, which are thoughtfully structured across different skill levels to promote ease and comfort. Our classes are designed to be enjoyable and invigorating, focusing on improving core strength, flexibility, and posture.
